Attention :
This is not a test -this is the REAL THING!
  1. This is a job - a volunteer job, yes, but a job nonetheless.
  2. There is no such thing as ëplayingí at being a training ride leader.
  3. Not knowing how to change a tire is not amusing.
  4. Depending on the kindness of others is not appropriate ó you are the other!
  5. Your riders will look up to you and expect you to know what to do to help them. Within reason so do we. (Admittedly, some riders are a pain and expect way too much of us, but some of YOU were like that so be kind)
  6. You must be prepared to LEAD ó so you must prepare.
  7. Remember, the leader is the sweep is the leader. You each need to be prepared!
  8. We strongly suggest that you attend at least one of the Train the Trainers rides.
  9. Remember: the leader is the sweep is the leader and you never know what will happen.
